Preschool Registration for 2010-2011 School Year

DATES & TIMES:
Friday, February 26 & March 12th
8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
ITEMS NEED AT THE TIME OF
REGISTRATION:
Certificate of live birth (NOT hospital certificate with footprint)
Child’s Social Security Card
Photo ID of parent/guardian registering child
Proof of residency (utility bill, driver’s license)
Child’s immunization record
Custody papers if applicable
SCREENING PROCESS:
Please bring your child with you. We will conduct a preschool screening.
PRESCHOOL SCHEDULE:
Typical Children: Two half days per week. Cost: $100.00 per month
Special Needs Children: Four half days per week.
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Accepting children ages 3 - 5. Child must be required age by Aug. 1, 2010.
TUITION DISCOUNTS:
No multiple student discounts apply
