The Buckeye Local School District uses a communication resource which provides information in a manner which is a cost savings for the district. The communication system, called the BUCKEYE BROADCAST, allows the district to inform all parents or community members of critical information very promptly and efficiently.
The BUCKEYE BROADCAST is used to quickly inform the public of school closings, emergency situations and critical school dates and events.
Your phone number will be accessed through our student information system, as well as emergency cards. Primary phone numbers will receive all Buckeye Broadcasts, second and third numbers will only receive emergency broadcasts. Please be sure to keep the building secretaries aware of any changes in contact information.
As snow season approaches, please make sure that the phone numbers you would like called with school closings are submitted to the secretaries or you may also email phone number changes or additions to buckeyebroadcast@buckeyeschools.org.
